Rooms are blocked or confirm after 100% advance.

Package with meal plan start with Lunch and end with check out day B/Fast. First day B/fast is chargeable.

All arrivals prior to 06 am are held from the previous evening and billed for from the previous evening. All arrivals between 6 am to 9 am will be charged half the tariff on room only basis. (For early check-in room will be allotted only if available and on chargeable basis).

CANCELLATION / AMENDMENT POLICY

FOR OFF SEASON ( Feb to April & July to Nov ) :In case of cancellation between 7 days and 3 days prior to check-in, one night's rate will be charged. In case of cancellation less than 3 days prior to check-in, there will be no refund.

Preponement / Postponement can be granted if informed 7 days prior to check-in date (Valid up to 3 months) and is subject to availability and prevailing tariff.

For Group booking ( more than 8 rooms - cancellation policy is different pls check at the time of booking.

Cancellation for 12 months is applicable on the full booking amount and on all rooms booked.

FOR SEASON ( May to June & Dec to Jan ) : 10% service fees for any booking cancellation 15 days before arrival, on the total booking amount after booking is done.

If you Cancel 7 to 15 days before arrival 50% cancellation charges. For 0 to 7 days before arrival full amount will be charged.

For Group / 31st Dec - Cancellation will be 10% higher than the normal policy. Postponement / Preponement can be granted after cancellation charges as per management.
