Meals Plan

In CP Plan Tariff include Breakfast only. In EP Plan Tariff only stay without meals is inclusive . Bed Tea is not inclusive with any package. Room Service - 6 am to 10:00 pm.
In AP Plan Tariff include all there meal only ( Breakfast , Lunch , Evening Tea and Dinner). In MAP Plan Tariff include Breakfast and one major meal only ( Lunch & Dinner ).

Special Note

Rooms are blocked or confirm after 100% advance. Package with meal plan start with Lunch and end with check out day B/Fast. First day B/fast is chargeable. PLS BRING YOUR GOVT. PHOTO-ID WITH ADDRESS PROOF & AGENT VOUCHER COPY AT CHECK IN.
All arrivals prior to 06 am are held from the previous evening and billed for from the previous evening. All arrivals between 6 am to 9 am will be charged half the tariff on room only basis. (For early check-in room will be allotted only if available and on chargeable basis). No Event on 31st Dec

Cancellation / Amendment Policy

No Show, Cancellation charges last moment will be 100% Cost. If You cancel your Hotel booking within 72 hrs of Check in, Cancellation charges will be 100% of the Total Cost. Request for change in Dates or type of accommodation will be treated as fresh booking. In case of No Show accommodation will be reserved till 8 pm. (advance 100% required for confirm booking to be paid at the time of booking).
The standard cancellation / amendment policy will not be applicable during festive period or long weekend - like Holi, Diwali, Christmas, New Year, 15th Aug. , period between 15th April to 15th June etc. 100% retention applicable in this period. Group (above 5 rooms) Cancellation if before 15 days of Check In 20% of the booking amount will be charged, from 15 to 7 days will be 50% of Total cost and after 1 week 100% of Total cost will be charged.
